What a Station or Desk Ground Can and Cannot Do
After antennas, station grounding is probably the most discussed subject in amateur radio and it is also the Stray RF Suppression (or simply RF Grounding ) 3.
I think there might be confusion between RF ground, counterpoise, and electrical safety grounding. I am going to restrict my answer to RF.
