It was a furry spider looking puppet that had a white gloved hand on the top. You put your hand in the spider looking part, but it looks like you have your hand in.

From a purely display perspective, it looks great. The only problem was that he had a broken eyelid control inside his puppetry area. It's an overlooked feature, but there are plastic tabs above the switches the make the eyes move side-to-side. These tabs are used to make the Boglins "wink" though they were rarely strong enough to do it.
